Shipping Methods

All of our pet memorials are shipped via UPS Ground. We will email notice of shipment and provide a tracking number.

Your memorial will be suspended on foam supports inside a double walled container in much the same way computers are shipped. Because of this packaging method, it is possible one or more corners of the container might be crushed during shipment. This should not cause damage to teh memorial.

However, if there is any damge to the container, we recommed that you inspect the memorial before you accept and sign for delivery.
